1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most cities and towns across India through trusted delivery partners.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take additional time.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • Delivery time may extend due to unforeseen factors like weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders (as per promotions).

  • Standard shipping charges will appear during checkout if applicable.


5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to track your order in real time.


6. Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery is packed in high-quality, tamper-proof packaging.

  • Diamond jewellery is shipped with certification and protective casing.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us.


8. Damage During Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the package OR

  • Record an unboxing video and share it with us within 24 hours for verification.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.



Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with the best jewellery shopping experience. Since jewellery is a high-value product, returns are handled with strict guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product is missing items (stone, pendant, accessories).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain purity and safety for all customers:

  • Diamond jewellery is non-returnable, except if damaged or incorrect delivery.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned.

  • Jewellery that shows signs of wear, usage, or tampering is not accepted.


3. Mandatory Proof for Return

To approve a return request, customers must provide:

  • A full unboxing video showing the package from start to finish.

  • Photos of the product showing the issue clearly.

Without proof, returns cannot be processed.


4. Return Request Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support.


5. Exchange Policy

Eligible silver jewellery may be exchanged for:

  • The same product, or

  • Another product of similar value (if stock is unavailable).

Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds (only for approved return cases):

  • Will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided, or the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.


9. Final Decision Authority

Shri Murari Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on inspection and policy terms.
