By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before browsing products, requesting quotes, or creating an account.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Shri Murari Jewellers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About our services

Our app and website allow you to browse gold and silver jewellery, view live or reference rates, save wishlists, submit quote or product enquiries, manage your profile and addresses, and receive optional notifications. Product availability, designs, and pricing may change without prior notice.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account (name, mobile number, and other required details).
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Products, images & quality

  • We display product images, purity, weight, making charges, and descriptions to the best of our ability.
  • Slight variations may occur between photographs and the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, or craftsmanship.
  • Gold and silver products are sold with stated purity and weight. Certification is provided where applicable.
  • Diamond or stone details (where shown) are based on the information supplied for each product.

5. Pricing & live rates

  • Displayed gold and silver rates are indicative and may update frequently based on market conditions.
  • Final price for a product depends on the rate at the time of order or quote confirmation, making charges, stones (if any), GST, and other applicable charges.
  • Prices shown in the app or on the website are not a binding offer until confirmed by us in writing or at the point of sale.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Quotes, orders & enquiries

  • Submitting a quote request or enquiry does not create a confirmed order until we accept and confirm it.
  • We may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or in-app notification regarding your enquiry.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require advance payment and longer lead times.
  • Orders may be cancelled or modified only before our confirmation, subject to our policies.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of purchase (for example cash, card, UPI, or bank transfer). GST and other taxes apply as per applicable Indian law. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

8. Delivery & collection

  • Delivery timelines (where offered) are estimates and may vary for custom orders, festivals, or logistics delays.
  • You must provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive the order or collect it from our store as agreed.
  • Risk of loss may pass to you upon delivery or collection as per our confirmation and applicable law.

9. Returns, exchange & refunds

  • Custom-made or personalised orders generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
  • Ready-made items may be eligible for exchange within the period and conditions stated at purchase (typically within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and policy).
  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced in line with our quality assurance process.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse our content, images, or data without permission.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the app or website.

11. Intellectual property

All content in the app and on our website — including logos, text, images, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Shri Murari Jewellers. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

12. Disclaimers

The app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live rates and product information are for general information purposes; always confirm final details with us before purchase.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shri Murari Jewellers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a confirmed purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific transaction, except where law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to that policy.

15. Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or as described on our account deletion page.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://www.shrimurarijewellers.in/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
